Large stunning new log cabin, open floor plan, 4 spacious bedrooms w/ an additional loft area. Come and enjoy nature with a large deck, huge windows, and plenty of space for everyone. We have a custom dining table, 65" Roku HDTV in the living room, 55" ROKU HDTV in the loft. Full game room downstairs has Air Hockey, Foosball, Simpsons, Terminator 2 Arcades, Mortal Kombat & Pacman. Enjoy community amenities for a FEE, easy access to nearby attractions fun dining, & shopping. Great for everyone!!!

The Space

This spacious log cabin in the private Towamensing Trails community is a cozy Pocono retreat for up to 12 guests, with soaring ceilings, huge windows, and warm wood finishes. The open main level features a fully equipped kitchen, custom live-edge dining table, and a comfortable living room with a 65" Roku HDTV that opens to a large deck and 7-person hot tub.

With 4 bedrooms plus a loft and pull-out couch, there’s room for multi-family stays, including a dedicated bunk room kids love. The lower-level game room is a standout, offering air hockey, foosball, and multiple arcade cabinets like Simpsons, Pac-Man, and Mortal Kombat. Guests also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, easy self check-in, pet-friendly stays (with fee), and parking for up to six cars.

In summer, you can access the community lake, seasonal pool, and sports courts (with paid wristbands), and in winter you’re a short drive from Blue Mountain, Jack Frost, Big Boulder, Camelback, and local attractions like Historic Jim Thorpe and Skirmish Paintball. Quiet hours, no-smoking and no-party rules, and exterior security cameras help keep the neighborhood peaceful and family-friendly.

Guest Access

- - Guests will be sent check-in instructions prior to check-in time via the Airbnb app.
- - You’ll receive our automated check-in instructions 24 hours before your arrival, so everything you need will be ready ahead of time for a smooth and easy check-in!
- - Our homes use electronic door locks for your convenience. A door code will be sent to you automatically 2 hours before check-in time, unless you’re checking in earlier.
- - When it’s time to head out, we’ve got you covered too! Our checkout instructions will be sent a day before your departure, you'll receive them at 2:00 PM the day before your checkout.

Other things to note

Important House & HOA Rules:

Quiet hours are 9 pm - 7 am. If a complaint is filed from the HOA/Neighbor it will result in a $500 fine.
If there is any loud excessive music that causes a noise complaint you will be fined $250 due to getting a complaint.
Fireworks are NEVER permitted by the HOA. A $1000 fine will be charged if fireworks are lighten off at the home.
No parties. We have strict rules against house parties in our home
No extra guests without prior approval
No Smoking within 25 feet of the property. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the unit.
Surfaces may be slippery when icy/wet. Walk, run, drive, and park at your own risk in any area on the property. Salt/Shovels are provided at the home for use throughout your stay. (Winter Season)
We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.
Given our property's rural setting, you might occasionally notice small, non-harmful insects. Rest assured, we have comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters. Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if you have any concerns!
Friendly Note: 🐻 Since our home is tucked in nature, you may spot a black bear in the area from time to time. No worries - they’re generally well-behaved and prefer to keep their distance from people. As long as food and trash are secured, they’ll simply wander by and continue on their way.

Lost & Found Shipping Policy: If personal items are left behind, we’re happy to arrange return shipping 📦 — please note a $50 handling fee will apply for retrieval and coordination, separate from and in addition to all shipping and delivery costs 🚚 (shipping/delivery fees are not included in the $50 fee).

📌We strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Occasionally, if a previous guest hasn’t followed proper usage guidelines, we may need to drain, clean, and refill the hot tub before your stay for health and safety reasons 🧼🦠. If this happens, please note that it may take until the evening of your first night (or slightly longer, depending on the weather) for the water to fully heat back up 🔥🌙. We totally get that guests look forward to relaxing in the hot tub, and we only perform this maintenance when absolutely necessary to ensure a clean and safe experience for everyone 💧👍.

📌For transparency, please know that our hot tub is professionally serviced after every reservation, and our tech team sends us time-stamped photos once the cleaning and servicing is completed — we keep those photos on file to confirm it’s been properly cleaned and ready for each new guest. Lastly, if you request any additional hot tub cleaning/service during your stay (outside of our standard post-checkout service), it will come with an additional fee and will be billed to the guest.
