- ● When it's time to head out, we've got you covered too! Our checkout instructions will be sent a day before your departure.

Other things to note

Important House & HOA Rules:

The backyard and front yard are monitored for the safety of everyone. This private property is a setback house off of a local road, with absolutely NO parties, rowdy behavior, or loud groups.
Township quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
Must be over 25 years old to book, and the booking guest must actively stay at the house for the duration of the reservation.
Per the short-term rental license: no more than 12 people (age 12 & older) on the property during the day, and no more than 12 people (age 12 & older) overnight. No more than 12 vehicles on the driveway — cars cannot park on the grass.
No smoking any substances (cigarettes, vape, e-cigarettes, hookah, incense, etc.) inside the house or within 10 feet of the house outdoors. Fines start at $150.
Fireworks of any kind are absolutely prohibited by the township. $1000+ fines enforced.
Guests are responsible for properly disposing of trash in the designated dumpster. Any trash found in the house or outside will be charged at $10/bag.
Late checkout fine starts at $200+.
The charging of Tesla vehicles is not permitted anywhere on the property.
A valid drivers license must be submitted prior to staying at our home and the main renter must be over 25 years of age.
A rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in or your reservation will be cancelled

📌 Pool Code will be given once we receive written confirmation that you have read and agreed to the pool rules.

📌 Pool is open except when closed for service, repairs, or treatment. There will be no refunds issued should the pool be closed or if the guest's use is revoked due to their behavior.

📌 No lifeguards on duty — swim at your own risk.

📌 Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. No exceptions.

📌 The pool area is under 24-hour video surveillance.

📌 Glass containers and bottles are NOT allowed in the pool area.

📌 For infants and toddlers — appropriate swimming diapers and plastic pants must be worn at all times.

📌 Do not put any soap, bubbles, liquids, or other substances in the pool or hot tub.
