- ⚫When it’s time to head out, we’ve got you covered too! 🧼🕒 Our checkout instructions will be sent a day before your departure, you'll receive them at 2:00 PM the day before your checkout.

For smooth entry into our community, please make sure that the driver of the vehicle has a valid driver's license and the car's registration. Without these documents, entry into the community will not be permitted. 📌IML Community Amenity Wristband Update (Effective June 10, 2025) - Please note that this from the Indian Mountain Lake Civic Association (IML) and not from us as your host 😊 🔴 IML has introduced a new wristband policy for short-term rental guests: 🔹 Wristbands are now required to access community amenities (pools, beaches, etc.) 🔹 $10 per wristband per person (Valid for your entire stay) 🔹 You can buy directly at the Clubhouse or pre-order it from us, just let us know in advance 🔹 Wristbands are non-transferable and must be worn while using amenities 🔹 Pre-ordered wristbands will be held at the 534 Gate House 📌 This change is designed to make access easier for guests! If you'd like help ordering wristbands in advance, just message us — we’re happy to help!
We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. ‼
Given our property's rural setting, you might occasionally notice small, non-harmful insects. Rest assured, we have comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters. Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if you have any concerns!
Friendly Note: 🐻 Since our home is tucked in nature, you may spot a black bear in the area from time to time. No worries - they’re generally well-behaved and prefer to keep their distance from people. As long as food and trash are secured, they’ll simply wander by and continue on their way.

Lost & Found Shipping Policy: If personal items are left behind, we’re happy to arrange return shipping 📦 — please note a $50 handling fee will apply for retrieval and coordination, separate from and in addition to all shipping and delivery costs 🚚 (shipping/delivery fees are not included in the $50 fee).

📌We strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Occasionally, if a previous guest hasn’t followed proper usage guidelines, we may need to drain, clean, and refill the hot tub before your stay for health and safety reasons 🧼🦠. If this happens, please note that it may take until the evening of your first night (or slightly longer, depending on the weather) for the water to fully heat back up 🔥🌙. We totally get that guests look forward to relaxing in the hot tub, and we only perform this maintenance when absolutely necessary to ensure a clean and safe experience for everyone 💧👍.

📌For transparency, please know that our hot tub is professionally serviced after every reservation, and our tech team sends us time-stamped photos once the cleaning and servicing is completed — we keep those photos on file to confirm it’s been properly cleaned and ready for each new guest. Lastly, if you request any additional hot tub cleaning/service during your stay (outside of our standard post-checkout service), it will come with an additional fee and will be billed to the guest.
