📌We strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Occasionally, if a previous guest hasn’t followed proper usage guidelines, we may need to drain, clean, and refill the hot tub before your stay for health and safety reasons 🧼🦠. If this happens, please note that it may take until the evening of your first night (or slightly longer, depending on the weather) for the water to fully heat back up 🔥🌙. We totally get that guests look forward to relaxing in the hot tub, and we only perform this maintenance when absolutely necessary to ensure a clean and safe experience for everyone 💧👍.
📌For transparency, please know that our hot tub is professionally serviced after every reservation, and our tech team sends us time-stamped photos once the cleaning and servicing is completed — we keep those photos on file to confirm it’s been properly cleaned and ready for each new guest. Lastly, if you request any additional hot tub cleaning/service during your stay (outside of our standard post-checkout service), it will come with an additional fee and will be billed to the guest.

Lost & Found Shipping Policy: If personal items are left behind, we’re happy to arrange return shipping 📦 — please note a $50 handling fee will apply for retrieval and coordination, separate from and in addition to all shipping and delivery costs 🚚 (shipping/delivery fees are not included in the $50 fee).

🔹 Stairs Required – This is a 2-story home, and stairs are necessary for access
🔹 Quiet Hours – Please respect community quiet hours from 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM (violations may result in fines)
🔹 Winter Travel Advisory – 4WD or AWD is required during winter months for safe access to the property
🔹 Septic System Awareness – Only toilet paper should be flushed; avoid flushing feminine products, floss, food, toys, etc.
🔹 Wildlife Notice – The property is in a natural setting; do not leave food or trash unattended (a designated disposal area is provided)
🔹 Security Cameras on Property – There are 3 exterior cameras (front porch, garage, and back porch) monitoring only outdoor areas for security. Cameras record video & sound when motion is detected.
🔹 Seasonal Pool – The community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day
🔹Illegal dumping of trash along roadways will result on a $300.00 fine and using the trash without a pass will result in a fine of $50.00+
🔹 Hot tub rules must be followed. The following:
➡️Shower with soap and water before you enter the hot tub.
➡️Enter and exit the hot tub using the stairs slowly.
➡️No jumping or diving
➡️No glass near the hot tub
➡️No alcohol, narcotics or medications
➡️Elderly persons must consult a doctor before use
➡️Pregnant women must consult a doctor before use
➡️Children must be supervised by adult
➡️Do not enter if temperature is over 104 Fahrenheit
➡️Limit your soak to 15 mins and cool off
➡️Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any serious illness should consult a doctor before use.
➡️Please replace spa cover after each use.
➡️Do not sit or lie down on cover
