The Space
Tucked on a quiet lane in Lake Naomi, this cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath ranch-style home feels like your own private cabin in the woods, perfectly sized for a couple’s getaway or a young family’s first Pocono adventure. The layout keeps everything on one level, with an inviting living area, cheerful kitchen, and easy access to outdoor space, making it simple to relax the moment you arrive.
The living room features warm wood ceilings and durable luxury vinyl flooring, creating an updated cabin feel without sacrificing comfort. A cozy heat source and ceiling fans help keep the space comfortable across the seasons, whether you are curled up with a movie after skiing or cooling down after a summer hike.
The kitchen is compact but efficient, with stainless appliances and a dual serving counter that works well for simple family meals, snacks for the kids, or a charcuterie board for two. Just off the main living area, two comfortable bedrooms with ceiling fans and two full bathrooms give couples or parents with little ones enough privacy without feeling spread out.
Outside, you are surrounded by nature on a wooded lot of roughly half an acre, with space to breathe, sip morning coffee, and unwind after a day out. The Lake Naomi community offers a serene setting close to lakes, trails, and a wide range of amenities, and you are within easy driving distance of skiing, waterparks, dining, and classic Pocono attractions.

Guest Access
- ⚫Any guests that are booking our property will receive the automatic check-in instructions. In these check-in instructions it will include a guide on how to enter the home via our electric lock system.
- ⚫You’ll receive our automated check-in instructions 📩 24 hours before your arrival, so everything you need will be ready ahead of time for a smooth and easy check-in!
- ⚫Our homes use electronic door locks 🔐 for your convenience. A door code will be sent to you automatically ⏰ 2 hours before check-in time, unless you’re checking in
- ⚫ Guests do not have any access to Lake Naomi or any of it's amenities.
- ⚫When it’s time to head out, we’ve got you covered too! 🧼🕒 Our checkout instructions will be sent a day before your departure, you'll receive them at 2:00 PM the day before your checkout.
Other things to note
Important House & HOA Rules:
Quiet hours are 9:30 pm - 6 am (This is HEAVILY enforced by the HOA and will result in a fine). If a complaint is filed from the HOA/Neighbor it will result in a $500 fine.- There are no fireworks allowed to be set-off at our home and if there are it will result in a $1000 fine and call for an immediate eviction from the property.
- No parties. We have strict rules against house parties in our home
- No extra guests without prior approval
- No Smoking within 25 feet of the property. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the unit.
- We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. ‼
- Given our property's rural setting, you might occasionally notice small, non-harmful insects. Rest assured, we have comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters. Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if you have any concerns!
- Friendly Note: 🐻 Since our home is tucked in nature, you may spot a black bear in the area from time to time. No worries - they’re generally well-behaved and prefer to keep their distance from people. As long as food and trash are secured, they’ll simply wander by and continue on their way.

- Lost & Found Shipping Policy: If personal items are left behind, we’re happy to arrange return shipping 📦 — please note a $50 handling fee will apply for retrieval and coordination, separate from and in addition to all shipping and delivery costs 🚚 (shipping/delivery fees are not included in the $50 fee).
